Very disappointing. I ordered at 19:09 for delivery, but food only came at 21:10. The app was unclear, and I had to call the restaurant. They wrongly said I chose collection. Poor handling and unhelpful attitude. Food was fine.

The pizzas were transported vertically not horizontally. All the toppings slid to one side. I took photos. Upset I also paid a tip!!!!

The pizza was tasty but had been transported on its side so none of the toppings were actually on the pizza by the time it arrived. There was more topping on the box than the pizza. A shame because we have burrata in the restaurant and it’s lovely.

Usually our experience with thuisbezorgd and with this restaurant is good but this time the estimated time was 19:05 19:15 when i ordered. Then it became 19:50. Pizza came cold and late.

the delivery indicated originally in the order was less than half of what it took eventually. moreover, the time indicated in the app after the order initially decreased, then increased again various times.
